For our preview of the NFC West we are joined by our next distinguished guest, Ben Gretch (@YardsPerGretch, @CBSSports, @FFToday), to get his input on how the division will play out. We kick off by analyzing who we think will be able to clench the division this year. For our Mental Health Minute, Ben shares how reading has helped him maintain good mental health lately. Then we jump to our preview of the NFC West. We start with the "simple" question "Russel Wilson or Kylar Murray?". Additionally, we discuss which RB from the Rams or 49ers has currently has the best value at their ADP.
