This week we talk about your behaviors and emotions around food and how to improve them. Nutrition is one of the most common topics I get asked questions about and often times it comes with the question "Do you provide meal plans?" Their are benefits to meal plans and all that comes with them, but unless you have a sold base of support for how you handle: Office Parties, Holidays, Family Gatherings that allow you to not be so restrictive a meal plan is just that a plan with no real way to take action on it as your life changes.
