Emilie has grown Kira Talent over the last 8 years from a Next 36 idea to a high performing team serving schools around the world. Emilie has been recognized for her leadership and achievements many times over the last decade and I wanted to speak with her about how she is managing through the Covid-19 situation.
During this episode we cover everything from onboarding new team members during this period of remote work, how her board has responded to the situation, how they are approaching sales discussions these days and some of things she does to keep her team pumped up and motivated.
