Running is undoubtedly a deeply personal journey. But when you combine personal will with the power of community, you are bound to surprise yourself on what you can achieve. Greg Drach must've known this deep down in 2015 when he was looking to start an accountability running group in London as he trained for his next marathon. Flash forward 6 years, Midnight Runners is now a global movement in many cities around the world that has helped thousands of people lace up their shoes and hit the streets.
We talk with Greg about how his personal pain point turned into a shared mission that took flight into a larger movement and about how he harnesses the power of community online to make offline meetups so effective with his past app MyCrew and his latest venture Masters where pro-athletes lead communities through rigorous training schedules.
If you're interested in hearing more about Midnight Runners, check them out at midnightrunners.com . And you can find more info about Greg's latest project, Masters, on their website https://www.mastersapp.com/.
