Kinda hard, and awkward am I right? Rude customers differ from unhappy ones when they choose not to control their anger. They are unreasonable, unfriendly, and prone to using verbal abuse, or other offensive language and threatening behavior. But you're in business to serve your customers, so it's important to try to help them. Let's take a minute to discuss how to best handle these situations with professionalism and grace.
