The company needs admins on SPI with 7 to 8 years of experience, if any candidates with good & Sharp aptitude Skills with SPI Design experience 2 to 3 years, we can also consider them.

Job Description is as below

The company is looking for Instrumentation Engineers with BE/BTech, ME/MTech in Instrumentation Engineering and willing to work as Software Support Analyst for our Products (Software’s).

Candidate will be providing technical software support to customers on SmartPlant Instrumentation product.

Customers/First level regional engineers whoever using our product, if they run in to issues or do not know workflow as how to get things done with the software, they raise Ticket (SR).

As analyst we need to understand the problem statement, if required ask questions to better understand the problem and manage their expectations on the issue raised by them, analyst may use a mail/ WebEx to effectively communicate.

If issue is not resolved by WebEx/Email, analyst do take it offline, investigate the root cause for the issue and provide solution or workaround (if required, with help of development). if it is really a bug / new requirement raise JTS items, also responsible for software fixes.
