The Documentary Crip Camp on Netflix, is a perfect show of the Cripple Fight for Rights, This week's episode focuses on the activism of a few camp goers from "Crip Camp" and how their willingness to fight for us cripples to be seen as the human beings we are, we have some ADA and "anti discriminatory laws" but also brings to my attention that even in 2020 we are dealing with the exact issues dealt with in 1970. Leading to question the actual progression of disability rights and treatment in the United States 49 years after Camp Janed opened it's doors to our wheelchairs and crutches. They paved the way for the world we have today, it's time the young generation of 21stCenturyCripple's to carry the tourch.
