Session Zero of Mutant Year Zero....our Mutants must leave their ark, Adventureland Theme Park, and venture out into the Zone (a remenant of what was once a city called something like Dez...Moinez? The pronunciation is complex and has never completely been figured out. They are all roughly under 30 years old....each Mutant has a complex relationship with each other and the other members of their ark. Their elder (the only member of their ark who has reached old age and has not mutated) named Mamie, is becoming senile and their supplies are running out. They must venture out into dangerous terrain where rival clans fight for food and resources.....where food and water that are uncontaminated are more precious than gold, and rot and decay will eventually wear you away if these problems don't get you first.
