Tyrone Jordan a Hip-Hop artist from West Philadelphia, who records under the stage name TYE. TYE is a Saint Joseph’s University, graduate, class of 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Whilst studying TYE gained notoriety for his musical talents. However, TYE’s first introduction to music was with the youth choir at ST. Johns AME church. Music was always a constant feature in TYE’s childhood, but his rapping talents didn’t start until he was 11. TYE joins us to share his inspirations and influences. What keeps him motivated and the legacy He is cultivating as he grows as an artist.
