At this point of preparations, there are effectively 4 categories of law school students,

  • those under pressure to meet high external expectations
  • those striving to ensure that they don't fall below their university standards
  • those no one expects anything from, the dark horses seeking to spring a surprise
  • those who have already given up on their lofty goals, and just want to move on to the next stage of their lives
