Isn't it interesting to know that the confidence you possess to face life's challenges in today's world was strengthened by life experiences also?

In this episode, I was joined by the one and only Mafae Yunon-Belasco—she once represented the Philippines in the Miss World 2003 pageant.

We talked about the meaning of imposter syndrome, targeting our confidence about our abilities and what are the ways to shake it off, and how does the mentality of cancel-culture affect both our confidence and self-esteem?
