The difficult ones.. the ones that you can feel sucking the energy out of you, or are constantly insisting on being negative no matter what the situations are. If you know the kind of people I just described, you're not alone. In todays episode I talk about how to navigate "dealing" with the difficult people in our lives without making it a negative environment. I also remind you that sometimes we are the difficult ones in peoples lives too. Keep in mind, some people are just not meant to be in our lives and that's okay!
