A Korn Ferry study found that there will be 85 million jobs unfilled and 8.5 trillion unrealized revenue by 2030 if we don't do something. Jeff Henriod is the head of Partnership and Senior Manager of Hiring Solutions at Lambda School, the live, skills-based online school that removes barriers typically in the way of pursuing higher education and a better career.
