our guest Aarti Sehgal Sharma, a post graduate in Fashion Retail Management from Pearl Academy of Fashion, has been working for spreading the passion and creativity in this this ancient art form Mural Art from past 8 Years. Along with her works, she is also organizing workshops in the various states of India upon the subject topics of pedagogy and methodology of 3D Mural arts. As per Aarti, Mural Arts is a practical art work and she is continuing her work with a wide spectrum and extremely diversified medium, around 36 different medium and methods, e.g., Wood, Ceramic, Scrap, Rope, Wire, Dust, Resin Clay, Dental, Wax, Papier-mâché, Potin etc… She says further that there is base ply board for painting. On wall painting, lamination is applied with specific particular chemicals which provide them a long lasting life.
