I shared how I had a strange but strong emotional response to the events that took place in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, January 6th and how I had to figure out a way to bounce back from it all. A setback is really a setup for a comeback. Whatever we go through, we have to find the silver lining and turn it around to our benefit.
