To craft their bath products, Musee uses a workforce made up of vulnerable people from their community, primarily hiring women in recovery, people with disabilities, and others who have lived in chronic poverty.

In their conversation, Leisha shares the story Musee’s beginnings making bath balms in the kitchen, her reasoning for working with women in recovery, and why being compassionate might be the most courageous thing we ever do.
