Effective communication is key for building your audience
On social media. the ‘know, like and trust’ factor can only take place when you are communicating effectively with people.
In your sales call, you need to have a dialogue with your prospects rather than just talking at them.
‘People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care’. Hence when you speak with people, they want to know that you care about them, you want to hear about them, and also want to know more about them, their concerns and worries.
So to have an effective communication, you need to ask questions. The more questions you ask, the better the conversation. Equally, the more engaged you are in the conversation the more the other person will value your company.
