I love hearing beer drinkers argue about which state or region has the best craft beer in the land. Marrickville, Margaret River, Collingwood, Hobart, South Coast NSW, The Gold Coast, Adelaide Hills...every state has a craft beer mecca these days, and it gets me bloody excited!

Personally, I feel like, in recent times, Victoria has really been shouting loudly about having some of the best beer around. Names like Brick Lane, Hawkers, Fixation, Bodriggy, Deeds, Molly Rose, Hop Nation, and Kaiju...the list goes on and on. And recently, I fell across another one to add to that list, Braeside Brewing. About 50 minutes South East on the Nepean is where you will find this little brewery, situated sort of on the banks of the Mordialloc Creek. I've never been there, no idea what the creek looks like, but it sounds charming,

Celebrating their second anniversary recently, Braeside Head Brewer Charlie Thompson joined me to tell me all about the charm of that little creek...and more!
