Always hire a great writer because the great writer is not all about writing. It is all about communication. There are a lot of ways you can communicate with people. The writer is very good at communicating with text. They write the way he talks and when people are able to write the way he talk he is going to win the game.
Good Marketers are also good communicators. At the end of the day, we all are dealing with people. People believe people. People don't believe in facts, they believe in emotion. If you are a businessman, you should hire a great writer so that they can tell how to write the email that I have a high open rate.
