Episode 26 #Struggles Today’s podcast presented on LGBTQ Friendship podcast taking an #IreeMoment In life we all go through #Struggles but it’s how we learn to deal with struggles and get through them On today’s podcast I talked about my past struggles with the ending of my marital relationship. I talked about the struggles of weight after having children. In the last section is the crucial section where I start asking the important questions as to what is the reason for weight loss or whatever the struggle of situation is? Because there’s always a reason as to why ?? You need to find your why, that’s important !Why you want to get through your struggles, to achieve, accomplish YOU. know that that doing word WHY and it’s all got to be about YOU So once YOU looked at the important why it’s then how and when because we need to discuss these how’s, why’s and when in order to set targets to achieve the goal. If you don’t set a target you’re aiming for nothing which means you’re going to get nothing!. So if you set your goal, you’ll achieve the goal. So again, if you aim for nothing you get nothing. This is the reason why it’s importance to look at why and map out to make the action plan and put things into play. I say take a look at your hand. Your palm is YOU, the fingers are the struggles in life at present putting doubt, fear, contentious, negative thoughts. Your that big palm those fingers can not wiggle if you let those thoughts flourish and grow wild and take over. So have to take control so those fingers priorities YOU that’s the important part is YOU to achieve YOU and YOUR goals. Stop thinking what others might be thinking.. think about YOU !!
