In this Episode we interview John Sternard, 1/4 of the PKS3 promotion group that runs the HIll Raceway in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. We discuss many things going on at the track including the upcoming Troy Rass Memorial race on July 20th. There is boosted payout placed in every division throughout the finishing order. There are also some huge trophies for each division as well. We also talk about the controversial "Tap Out Rule".
