Is blood thicker than water? Have you ever moved so far away from everything you've ever known to make a fresh start?
Well for today's episode your hosts Alex Whiteley and Tom Bruno are speaking to good friend to the show, Andy Imhof. Some of you regular listeners may be aware of Andy from The Horsepower Hour.
Andy has moved from one side of America to the other. From Oregon to just outside Panama City in Florida which is a 2,934 mile trip and around 43 hours in the car if you drive straight there. Andy didn't drive straight there though he went through California down to San Diego and then across Arizona, following the coast until he reached the Pan Handle, his new home.
What does this do to the mindset though? How does it feel to make such a drastic move? Well Andy loves it and he shares his journey with us here on USUK. Which from and Bri"ish point of view is just fascinating.
The guys also discuss their first cars too. What was bad about them, what was special and what could the possibilities have been?
