His Powerful leadership skills and heart for helping other has allowed him to pour into hundreds, no thousands, of young talented musicians as the director of the School or Worship in Costa Mesa California, where he also serves as the worship pastor there for Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and produces and publishes new music for the Christian community through Calvary Creative.
