A Valentine's Day special!
My guest today, Dominick Antonio, happens to also be a dear friend and most recently...my boyfriend! =)
We won't get too mushy, keeping it about business, and this man knows business! He has taken over the company his father started almost half a century ago and is creating a focused, well oiled machine that will hopefully be franchise-able in the near future.
Dominick shares his learning experiences working for other companies in various industries after graduating from Penn State University, as well as from working with his father for many years and how that led him down the path to run the family business. Being a true entrepreneur means being an innovator and Antonio has implemented that concept within his company by seeing needs in the market, narrowing their scope of services to create better profit margins, fixing innefficienceies and creating training manuals.
He has great advice for any aspiring entrepreneur, so take notes and share with like minded individuals!
