Manage episode 322250340 series 3099059
Nina Hayes is a pioneer in the field of holistic healing. For over twenty years, she has been a renowned yoga and spiritual teacher. She has worked internationally with thousands of individuals to find greater awareness in their bodies and apply ancient spiritual teachings to discover balance in their lives.
Nina has led healing retreats in Bali, instructed yoga for corporations and universities throughout the US, and researched exercise & nutrition initiatives to benefit underserved populations with Harvard Cancer Center. Having survived 20+ major surgeries that resulted in a permanent ostomy, she founded Blossom Ostomy. This coaching company helps individuals with ostomies move from shame and isolation into self-love and empowerment.
Through her teaching, talks, and coaching, Nina guides people to integrate all aspects of their being: physical, emotional, and spiritual to catalyze radical self-acceptance and deep healing.
Sharing the tools and practice that have allowed her to alchemize pain into purpose in her own life, she guides others on the path to realizing their own perfection.
