Caroline Mathias is certainly an interesting and intriguing woman. Her bio caught our attention. Transformation coach, author, podcast host, empowerer of women and deliciously obsessed with Freddie Mercury. But we had no idea how obsessed she was with the flamboyant lead singer of Queen until we met her. She just finished a portrait of Mercury … on her thigh! It’s just one of many tattoos that cover much of Mathias’ body.
But there’s much more to Mathias than what’s skin deep. As a Transformation Coach, she trains and mentors other women to exercise more and eat better. It hasn’t been an easy journey for her. And she uses her experiences and mistakes to help others.
Mathias has also become an advocate and sounding board for many women who have breast implants with numerous and sometimes mysterious symptoms. Breast implant illness, or BII, occurs in some women who get breast augmentation. The illness causes a wide range of symptoms, which can range from mild to very debilitating, Mathias says she suffered from BII. After living with the symptoms for years, she took drastic measures to get relief.
From an obsession with Freddie Mercury and body art, plus a desire to lead women on the road to fitness, to getting the word out about an often confusing but debilitating illness, Caroline Mathias has a lot to say.
So, Let’s Talk.
