Today as Vladimir Putin pursues his goal of Soviet Union 2.0, O'Sullivan finds himself on the frontline of the new Cold War a a resident of Budapest, Hungary, just 250km from the Ukraine border.

He joins Menzies Research Centre Executive Director Nick Cater from Budapest where he heads up the Danube Institute.
