The Department of Psychology and the Jepson School of Leadership Studies present Dr. Sarah Gaither for a discussion on “Multiple Identities = Multiple Sources of Threat & Belonging.” We all have multiple identities—race, gender, age, sexual orientation, occupation, etc. However, social scientific research has traditionally focused on the effects stemming from one identity (i.e., race OR gender).
