In a world where we have adopted universal standards for everything, we have deterred any opportunity for us to develop a sense of individual creativity. When it comes to education for our kids, we seem to be stomping out imagination and creativity earlier and earlier in hopes that kids conform to "good behaviors" and protocols in a school setting.
