Coach Forward is an interview-style podcast hosted by Jason Mejeur (Coach J), accomplished Coach, Mentor, and Founder/CEO at MaxOne.
Today, I'm excited to be joined by Coach Rusty Oglesby (Coach O).
Coach O has spent 23 years coaching in Texas, 19 of those as a head soccer coach. He won a State Championship for soccer in 2010, has had 4 state tournament appearances, was a 10 time district coach of the year, and a 2 time state coach of the year.
His accomplishments led him to be voted onto the board of Directors at United Soccer Coaches where he serves as vice president.
Coach O is currently the head coach at Northwest HS in Justin, TX and has come back to his roots to teach and coach kids that need love and attention. Every stop in his journey has been about inspiring kids to reach new heights.
