Ayumi's mission is to address the housing affordability crisis facing millennials in Australia, and she believes that helping this generation to find a path to individual independence will enable them to experience a sense of empowerment, future security, and happiness, unlocking the full potential which this generation has to offer. She believes that unless millennials can see that there is a path for them to realise their Aussie dream of home ownership, the risk of “giving up” on their hopes will set society backwards substantially. By drawing direct links between the housing crisis and the health and wellbeing of the millennial generation, she aims to solve one problem (the housing affordability crisis) and mitigate an even greater risk of broad spread mental wellbeing challenges down the track.
