◎早安現場-停課停班一聲令下，家長求告無門！弱勢孩童的學習權益又該怎麼辦？專訪中華牧人關懷協會馬賽城南小屋社區共學中心據點主任鄧敏宏、社工督導葉孟樵，看看他們如何防堵學習破口？

居家遠距上課其實不如想像中輕鬆，許多弱勢孩童，在沒有同儕陪伴、沒有大人督促的家庭環境下，要專注學習並不容易。也並不是所有家長甚至祖父母可以排除電腦連線障礙。在防疫規定下，鄧敏宏、葉孟樵和工作伙伴們，將弱勢孩童分成兩組，各在不同的獨立空間上課，雖然增加老師人力與操作的負擔，但至少讓孩子們被妥善照顧。

他們分享全球各國面對疫情下的弱勢兒少照顧工作前例，重點在好好規劃「以社區為單位規畫足夠空間」、「訂定防疫規範及施行準則」、「醫療單位協同評估及安排消毒」，兒少照顧工作就可以如常進行。孩子的學習效率提升了，成果就會顯現出來。
