After spending over 32 years at Xerox Corporation, holding various Customer Service positions, including Field Technical Service Manager, Candy H. Speight (pronounced “SP8) retired in 2011 and founded “Order Your Steps”, a spiritual based professional organizing business/ministry. Order Your Steps has given her the opportunity to use her God-given gifts of organizing and administration, not only to organize peoples’ stuff, but to help them to establish order in other aspects of their lives. This ministry has also allowed her to use social media to connect with people all over world, to speak a word of encouragement and spread God's Word.
Candy has been married for 34 years to Kurt L. Speight and she has three (3) grown children and 4 grandchildren.
