This is an inspirational talk given to students and faculty of IIM, Lucknow on 1st March 2022. The original talk was in video format. In this talk Dr. Rajvanshi traces his journey from Lucknow to Phaltan and discusses what made him leave a lucrative career in USA and choose rural Maharashtra to do his work. He tells in short the work done in NARI. Dr. Rajvanshi also discusses how to develop a mindset to do this type of work for rural development.
