Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup whole Kuttu
  2. 2 diced potatoes
  3. 1 green chili chopped
  4. 1 tsp ginger
  5. ½ tsp cumin
  6. 2 tbsp peanuts
  7. 1 tbsp ghee
  8. Sendha Namak to taste
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice
  11. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  12. 1.5 cups water

Method:

  1. Dry roast peanuts, cool them and grind
  2. Meanwhile, wash and soak kuttu
  3. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger
  4. Once aroma comes, add potatoes and stir fry till they turn golden
  5. Add peanut powder, kuttu and sendha namak
  6. After 1-2 minutes, add kuttu, add water and let it cook
  7. Once cooked garnish with lemon juice and coriander
