The sad truth is our mental health has a significant influence on every area of our existence, and that includes our finances and career.

Did you know that women experience financial strain and money anxiety at greater rates than men?

Financial problems and the stress they cause are detrimental to mental and emotional wellbeing. This cause and effect often goes unrecognized, leaving the body and mind struggling to cope with consequences like anxiety and depression.

Financial instability leads to the onset of health instability and vice versa. Taking charge of one can be a key factor in improving the other.

Today’s guest Marie Sennett, is a Certified Yoga Teacher, who trained at the Himalayan Institute under a long line of authentic yoga masters. She trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga to address the needs of many. Marie is also a Certified Transformation Life Coach. And, has been a civil rights attorney for over 30 years.

Marie creates personalized yoga and meditation programs tailored to the needs and goals of her students. She has helped her students sleep better, feel more relaxed, find focus, become stronger and more flexible, and find time for themselves.
