Nick Blinco has parlayed a passion for anthropology into a highly successful career in Advancement - first at the University of Oxford and Birmingham University in the UK and now at the University of Melbourne in Australia. (If you're not familiar with it, Advancement is a role mainly seen in Universities that oversees alumni relations and philanthropic campaigns.)

We talk about the subtle differences between UK and Australian workplace cultures and communication, how Nick and his senior team walk the talk, plus the importance of setting expectations in line with values and behaviours, self-reflection and acknowledging the wins - especially during the pandemic!
