I'm celebrating the 25th episode of the Talkin' Solutions Podcast by focusing in on a solution that will have a significant effect on the health of the climate, our bodies, and the wellness of animals.

I sat down with Riffle Farms owner Liz Riffle to learn all about regenerative farming practices and why it can be a big help and solution to these aforementioned problems.

In this episode we discuss:

👉 What regenerative farming is and how it is put into practice

👉 How soil is one of Mother Nature's best tools for carbon capturing

👉 The role Bison play in keeping soil and grass healthy and

👉 The ethics of factory farming and the importance of ethically harvesting animals in a low stress environment

👉 How eating stress induced animals impacts our overall health

👉 Tips and actionable steps you can take as a consumer to support local farmers and eat ethically raised animals from regenerative farms

Liz and her husband are veterans having served in the Navy and were turned off by factory farming and our current food system so they set out to do something about it by starting their own farm in West Virginia focusing on Bison and regenerative practices.
