And so, today I chat with the fabulous Helen Moynihan! My wonderful guest today is Helen Moynihan; a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach and owner of Venus Nutrition. Together with her colleague Victoria she supports women who want to invest in their health and get back to their 'best self'. They have a specialist interest in diabetes, pre-diabetes and other metabolic disorders. They also support clients to regain energy, reach a healthy weight, combat symptoms and with conditions related to hormonal disruption such as PCOS, endometriosis, sub fertility and menopause. Helen is also the resident nutritionist for The Fertility Method, is a senior business mentor at Zest4Life and a guest lecturer at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition. This is a fabulous conversation to return with as it is super-relatable for us all, as we are human beings! Amongst other things, Helen is here help make you aware of and guide you towards balancing your blood sugar.
