Okay picture this, it's 1956, Walt Disney is sitting at the dinner table, he takes out a napkin and starts drawing some weird thing. He calls it a synergy map and it's basically the strategy of Disney outlined, basically he wanted Disney to expand beyond film and create multiple streams of revenue which are interrelated with each other and support each other.
I mean it sounds a bit complicated and perhaps I'm not doing justice to it by explaining it but in this episode I clearly explain it (I think) but not only that, but get this we can create our own versions of a synergy map as podcast entrepreneurs; basically build a business around our podcast with multiple streams of income.
