In this episode, Host Tyler Narducci talks with Harry Morton. Harry is the UK-based founder and CEO of Lower Street, a podcast production agency specializing in creating shows for agencies, startups, and enterprise clients.

As more agencies rush to get into audio, it’s giving rise to lots of half-baked productions nobody actually wants to listen to. According to Harry, it’s not enough to just sit for 30 minutes and talk if you want to stand out from the growing competition. Much more goes into building and running listen-worthy and ROI-positive podcasts.

Harry rapidly grew his agency from 500K to 1M dollars in just 6 months and his team of producers, audio engineers, and marketers have launched more than 50 podcasts and produced thousands of episodes. Their client roster includes the #1 UK business podcast Secret Leaders, brands like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Stanford Graduate School of Business, as well as multiple hugely successful agency podcasts.
