Every day, we are surrounded by tiny moments of success. From small steps to huge goals, you just have to find your recipe for it. Whatever success may look like to you, this episode may help you cook it into a reality.

Robin Goldberg is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach and cookbook author. She's finally pursuing her lifelong dream. She had previously been a part of the marketing industry, believing that to be her calling. However, in retrospect, she sees that decision as having led to burnout and a stressful, fast-paced career that she wishes to escape.

Robin advocates moderation and balance over extreme diets and overnight success. This is where her interest in good nutrition and lifestyle began to blossom. Upon embarking on this new plan of action, her initial step was to obtain a certification. When the pandemic broke out, she was just getting started and was about to abandon her dream to return to marketing.

When Robin's friends asked for advice on how to convince their children to eat more vegetables, she decided to start collecting recipes. Then, she began to consider writing a book with this kind of content. Her debut cookbook, "Hidden Veggies: Recipes Even the Pickiest Eaters Will Love," as well as her second book, "Hidden Veggies 2: Snack Attack," were both quite successful. Despite being created for children, the recipes have been well received by people of all ages.

In today's episode, hear more about Robin's journey to pursue her life's purpose after spending so many years in a different industry. This serves as a timely reminder that pursuing your goals and aspirations can never be too late. See for yourself!
