In this podcast, I discuss the twenty elements that are foundational to a healthy philosophy of life and the core ideas of REBT. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is more than a pioneering form of cognitive behavior therapy. In my view, REBT is also a philosophy of life. These elements can be used diagnostically to assess your own philosophy of life and you can use this list to target areas where you might improve to have greater personal happiness, meaning, and emotional well-being.
