This week, I'm joined by Dave (not his real name ), who reveals some uncomfortable truths about the nature of corporal punishment in schools in the 1980s. We move on to discuss how bullying and intimidation don't stop at the school gates and remain very much alive in the workplace.
Later we hear about a crucial gig in Croatia when Dave was on the cusp of DJ superstardom. What went wrong, and how would he go back in time to fix it?
On a more positive note, in the second part of the show, Dave sets out his plans to solve the world's energy problems in a single stroke. All we need to do is get him back to California in 1960, and we'll never have to worry about our electricity bills again. Oh, and he gets to see the Beach Boys just as they're starting out too.
The Time Bubble podcast is based on the bestselling book series by Jason Ayres which can be found here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08TMYF3NV
Dave's words of wisdom, meanwhile, are dispensed on a daily basis from his Twitter account @LNRaider
