Complacency is a dangerous attitude that will rob you from fulfilling your potential and suffocate your vision and goals. Complacency can also become a habit and when that happens you are slowly heading for a disaster. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines complacency as self-satisfaction especially when accompanied by unawareness of actual dangers or deficiencies.

Just doing enough to satisfy your employer or meet the basic requirement of the job is not good. Decide to always go beyond the call of duty. Doing this kicks complacency out of the door. Doing enough to get by will stop you from being the best you can be.

In this week’s episode we lift the lid on the symptoms of complacency and how to defeat them. When you defeat complacency, you change the trajectory of your life.
