This episode is for you if you can't help but notice how divided we've become. Daniel Stone is an economist with Bowdoin College, in Brunswick, Maine. He teaches courses on microeconomics, behavioral economics, and his research is on belief formation, political media, and polarization.

His forthcoming book, Undue Hate, is a behavioral economic analysis of how misunderstanding contributes to affective (emotional) polarization in politics and other forms of interpersonal hostility, and will be available in spring 2023.

In this episode Daniel challenges us to find common ground in our divided world. You can follow Daniel on Twitter at @d_f_stone .
