Tim Cahill is a writer. He is an explorer. He is very good at both. His adventures have taken him in search of pre-Inca fortresses, going deep underground mapping a newly discovered cave and to the Sahara in search of the legendary salt mines of Mali. Just to name a few.
Tim began his writing career with Rolling Stone magazine. A love of the outdoors and adventure led him to co-founding Outside Magazine. He's the author of nine book including Jaguars Ripped My Flesh named by National Geographic as one of the 100 best adventure/ travel books ever written.
Tim has been on many adventures through out his life and in this episode he shares some of them with us.
