As we begin Season 2 in a NEW format (video!) and NEW podcast host (Anchor), I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my childhood friends, Candice Balkman, a Registered Nurse in Los Angeles, and mom of 3, who has been on a profound healing and awakening journey over the past few years. As she became aware of unhealthy patterns passed down from her family, she began doing inner healing work to break out of people pleasing tendencies, while taking responsibility for her emotions and inner peace. She talks about how this new way of being has impacted her as a parent, and inspired her to become a life coach to help others in their healing journeys.
