Have you ever been scrolling through social media and constantly seeing contradictory information when it comes to food and nutrition? One account will tell you egg yolks are bad, while another will protest and say it's worse for you to eat eggs without the yolks. I mean, what are we supposed to believe, and who?! This week, Katie gets to the bottom of this phenomenon. She breaks down some other examples of nutrition contradictions, explains why this happens, highlights where nutrition becomes exclusive, briefly covers the standards for nutrition established in the 90s, and gives some advice on how you can actually learn what is and isn't good for you. As always, we encourage you to consult a professional before making any changes to your lifestyle or habits (this goes for all podcasts, not just ours)!
