Lucille Roache is a Business Startup coach, a speaker, and the author of the book: Discover 22 of the Biggest Mistakes that Most Business Owners Make: and what you can do to avoid them. Lucille has spent the past 8 years coaching as a manager and providing one to one support to women in their businesses and careers. Lucille started her business in September 2018 but was pretty much invisible for the first year. No one knew she existed, and she had no clients. Lucille realized that she needed help so she sought coaching, purchased all the training that she could get her hands on, and signed up for all of the freebies she could get her hands on. But she still felt like something was missing. Lucille realized that she had missed an important step in her business and had skipped too far. So she went back to basics and in doing so she discovered a framework that she uses to help her and her clients on their entrepreneurial journey. Today Lucille specializes in helping new and aspiring female business owners to discover how they can lay the foundations to build a successful business because she believes that it takes more than an idea to succeed in business. In her spare time, Lucille enjoys thinking about Anthony Joshua, drinking mojitos, and eating lobster.
